No longer a lumpy, bumpy, glossy and dark surface to be hidden away under rugs to a smooth, lighter and silky sheen finish which we are proud to show off (but keep protected – we have bought and applied a pack of pads for the legs of all our furniture). Jake did an amazing job and was good to have around – very pleasant and thorough. Would 100% recommend Ryans and will use again should we decide to have the remaining sections of flooring (currently under carpet!) refurbished. read less

We have a nearly 450-year-old cottage. Some of the floorings are original to the house. We were eager to have them restored, and Ash at Ryan’s did a terrific job of doing that. We are very pleased with the job and the service.
