James initially came out for a free consultation and then Sam came to restore our floorboards in the bedrooms upstairs. We literally don't know how Sam has done it, it's like some sort of sorcery! The floorboards were uneven, creaky, broken, cracked - you name it. They're now perfectly flat and smooth and have come out in a glorious colour - so much better than we had expected. Bryanna was incredibly responsive in getting everything organised and we're so pleased with the final result. Happy customers all round!

Having discovered that we had an old parquet flooring beneath a carpet in our hallway we asked James and his team to restore it. The job was not straight forward due to the fact that the floor sloped in places and there was the added problem of heating pipes running beneath it.We are very pleased with the quality and craftmanship of the work and the clean and professional manner in which it was carried out. I cannot recommend Ryans highly enough. They were incredibly patient with us in trying to find the right colour for our flooring in the dining room and lounge when we were really struggling and tested numerous different stains for us. The quality of the finish was top quality. All of the team were friendly, professional, incredibly patient and accommodating throughout. Well, what can I say other than use Ryan's because they are amazing! They took on my solid oak floor refurbishment in four ground floor rooms when no-one else would and completely transformed it - it looks like a brand new floor! Very little mess despite the sanding as the machine sucks up 95% of the dust. Always left the site clean and tidy. Very professional, polite and friendly. They also laid a brand new solid oak in my large sitting room to match the existing refurbished floor and did a magnificent job. Cost also very competitive. I am over the moon with my wooden floors now. Great admin support from Bryanna too - always very helpful and polite.

Absolutely amazing service. All of the men working for Ryan’s were polite, professional and courteous (one even spotted me coming down the street with my shopping and insisted on carrying it for me!). The floors they re-sanded look absolutely incredible and the communication during the job was really really good. Despite my wonky old house throwing up some issues, everything was tackled brilliantly and they let me know exactly what they were doing at each point. I think the price for the transformation of the house was an absolute bargain and am delighted. Fantastic!

We contacted Ryan's Restoration as we had a little accident on the wooden flooring that needed repairing urgently as we were guests at the place where we were staying at.
