Floor Sanding in Cullompton and the Culm Valley
Cullompton was a wool town and it kept the buildings that trade paid for. Timber-framed and Georgian frontages along Fore Street, the remarkable church with its Lane Aisle, terraces built for the mill workers, and villages of cob and thatch scattered through the Culm valley.
Behind that sits a large amount of later housing, the town having grown steadily since the motorway arrived, plus new development on the edges.
We are twenty-five minutes down the M5 from our workshop in Wellington, so Cullompton is genuinely local for us and surveys are usually within a couple of days.
We cover Cullompton, Uffculme, Willand, Kentisbeare, Bradninch, Silverton, Hemyock, Sampford Peverell, Halberton and Plymtree, plus Tiverton, Honiton and Exeter.
