Floor Sanding Across Clevedon and North Somerset
Clevedon was built as a Victorian resort for Bristol money and the housing is unusually good for a town of its size. Substantial villas along Elton Road, Highdale and Dial Hill, terraces running back from the seafront, a solid belt of interwar semis towards Yeo and Walton, and modern development out at Kenn Road.
Those Victorian villas hold some of the best floors in the county. Pitch pine boards, wide and dense, often with an oak strip border in the reception rooms and almost always covered up at some point in the twentieth century.
We are about forty minutes away and we work in this area constantly, so Clevedon surveys are usually within a few days.
We cover Clevedon, Yatton, Congresbury, Kenn, Yeo, Walton-in-Gordano, Clapton-in-Gordano, Tickenham and Nailsea, plus Portishead, Backwell and the Bristol fringe.
