Floor Sanding Across Bodmin and the Moor
Bodmin sits where the china clay country, the moor and the Camel valley meet, and the housing reflects all three. Slate-hung cottages on the older streets, solid Victorian terraces built when the town was the county assize seat, and a wide ring of post-war and modern estates out towards Beacon and Berryfields.
We have been sanding and restoring wooden floors across Cornwall for over forty-five years, and Bodmin is straightforward for us because it sits right on the A30. Surveys are usually inside the week.
We cover Bodmin itself plus Lanivet, Nanstallon, Cardinham, Blisland, Lanhydrock, Washaway, St Tudy, St Mabyn and the villages out towards Wadebridge and Liskeard.
