Floor Sanding in Marazion and Around Mounts Bay
Marazion is one of the oldest towns in Cornwall and it sits looking straight across at St Michael’s Mount, which shapes almost everything about the place. Granite cottages packed along the main street and the lanes behind, Victorian and Edwardian houses on the higher ground, and a very high proportion of it now let or used seasonally.
Around the bay, Perranuthnoe, Rosudgeon, Goldsithney and Praa Sands are the same story, and Penzance and Newlyn are a few minutes west.
The cottage floors are the oldest, wide pine and elm laid over sleeper walls with very little void beneath, often thin from two centuries of use.
We cover Marazion, Perranuthnoe, Rosudgeon, Goldsithney, Praa Sands, Ludgvan, Gulval, Long Rock, Trevarrack and St Hilary, plus Penzance, Hayle and Helston.
