Floor Sanding in Dawlish and Dawlish Warren
Dawlish was built as a Regency resort around the Lawn and the brook, and a surprising amount of that character survives. Stuccoed villas and terraces near the centre, Victorian expansion up the hills towards Barton and Elm Grove, dense terraced streets behind the railway, and modern development out towards the Warren.
The older stock is where the good floors are. Wide Regency and early Victorian pine, generally laid over sound joists and covered up at some point in the twentieth century rather than worn out.
We cover Dawlish, Dawlish Warren, Holcombe, Cofton, Starcross, Kenton, Ashcombe, Ideford and Luton, plus Teignmouth, Exminster and Exeter.
