Floor Sanding Across Exmouth and the Exe Estuary
Exmouth has a better stock of period housing than most Devon seaside towns. The Beacon and Louisa Terrace are Georgian and Regency, there is a broad belt of Victorian and Edwardian terraces behind the front, and a large modern town spreading out towards Littleham and Brixington.
That means we see the full range here, from wide early pine on the older terraces to engineered oak in a new build off the Exeter road. Each needs a different approach, and pretending otherwise is how floors get ruined.
We cover Exmouth, Lympstone, Woodbury, Budleigh Salterton, East Budleigh, Otterton, Littleham, Exton and across to Topsham and Exeter.
